Family Day

Family fun every Sunday!

Spend an afternoon with your family exploring the Museum. Every Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. our scavenger hunt is available. You can also participate in special programs designed for families and children of all ages. 

 

Discovery Activity

Explore the Canadian Museum for Human Rights!  Our family-friendly scavenger hunt takes you through the Museum’s galleries on a journey of discovery and fun! 
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Ask for your booklet at the main coat check on Level 1.

 

Protecting the Right to Play

Every child around the world has the right to play. Make a soccer ball out of recycled materials and learn how children in Kenya experience the right to play!

Make a Trace

“Trace” is an art installation made of thousands of hand-pressed clay beads. Discover how this exhibit relates to Indigenous rights and responsibilities. Make your own clay bead to take home.
