Family Day: Family fun every Sunday!

Spend an afternoon with your family exploring the Museum. Every Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. our scavenger hunt is available. You can also participate in special programs designed for families and children of all ages. 


Discovery Activity

Explore the Canadian Museum for Human Rights!  Our family-friendly scavenger hunt takes you through the Museum’s galleries on a journey of discovery and fun! 
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Ask for your booklet at the main coat check on Level 1.


Kind Line

Share your own story of kindness and caring in this interactive art installation celebrating generosity!

12 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the Canadian Journeys gallery on Level 2.


Building Explorers

Bring your family and explore the connection between the Museum building and human rights! Learn about the different kinds of rocks used to build the Museum. Discover the thousands of different shapes and angles found in the Museum – how many can you find?

2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Garden of Contemplation on Level 3.
