Bring your Valentine for an unforgettable evening with gourmet food and wine, breathtaking architecture and personal stories about how love is connected to human rights.

Enjoy an exclusive guided tour through the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) that includes an exquisite culinary experience crafted by the head chef at WOW! Catering and an exploration of the diverse and significant ingredients that went into this distinctive building in the heart of Winnipeg.

Appetizers

Chickpea fritters with jalapeño aioli
Wild mushroom toast with Gruyère cheese
Wagyu beef skewer with miso lime

Soup and salad

Cauliflower soup with turmeric roasted florets, cranberries and cilantro chutney (GF)
Pear and ginger salad with cucumber, radishes and lime and chili vinaigrette

Entrée

Ora king salmon, beetroot risotto, oranges, dill and horseradish butter

Desserts

Assorted cheesecake lollipops

7:15 p.m. – Doors open
7:30 p.m. – Experience begins

Cost: $145 includes dinner, $180 includes dinner and a signature drink at each stop
