Taking some time to tidy: Museum to close for annual maintenance week

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights will be closed to the public from Sunday, January 11 through Monday, January 19 for its annual maintenance week. During this time, Museum teams and contractors will be busy conducting inspections, making essential repairs and cleaning those hard‐to‐reach places.

Before the closure, visitors are encouraged to take advantage of the final few days of Canada Strong Pass pricing. Youth 17 and under are free and young adults aged 18–24 are half price now until Saturday, January 10.

The Museum will reopen to the public at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20.
