Join us for reflection and discussion through a human rights lens on the ongoing Rohingya refugee crisis. This program requires active participation in small dialogue circles that will be moderated and facilitated.

Free. Registration is required.

Manitoba Teachers' Society Classrooms, Canadian Museum for Human Rights, 85 Israel Asper Way

The dialogue will focus on the current human rights violations facing the Rohingya as a religious minority group in Myanmar (Burma). The event will feature the stories and voices of the Rohingya community in Canada. Other communities’ experiences with resisting discrimination and overcoming human rights violations will add valuable perspectives to this conversation.

This event has been developed in close collaboration with members of the Rohingya community from across Canada.
