Discover the Corporate and Sponsorship Program

Most museums memorialize the past. The Canadian Museum for Human Rights will change the future.

We embrace the idea that all humans are born free and equal in dignity and rights – and we show everyone how they can be a human rights leader in their community. As a sponsor, your support would help create awareness about the importance of human rights and inspire action to expand those rights for generations to come.

The Museum is one-of-a-kind. We’re an educational hub that welcomes over 30,000 students every year, and a stunning tourist destination that has drawn over 1.3 million visitors from across Canada and around the world. Since our doors opened in September 2014, we’ve won 39 national and international awards for universal design, architecture, programs and galleries.

We’ve also become a hub of online dialogue about human rights, with over 4 million unique web visitors and more than 10 million webpage views since 2014. Our social media content has resulted in 15.2 million impressions in the last year alone.

In 2017, a USA Today 10 Best Readers’ Choice poll named the Canadian Museum for Human Rights as one of the top two tourism attractions in Canada – second only to Old Quebec City.  In 2015, Travel + Leisure magazine named the Museum one of the five coolest new tourist attractions anywhere in the world.

We are now offering select corporations the opportunity to participate in our partnership and sponsorship program. You could be involved in stunning exhibitions that are recognized around the world, ground-breaking public events that make the Museum a place for discussions that matter, and educational programs that change the lives of students across Canada.

When you partner with us,  brand profile opportunities, participation in special events and promotions are only part of the return on your investment. Our corporate sponsors benefit from a powerful, positive association with human rights and a message of diversity and inclusion.

Talk to us about how we can work together to create a custom opportunity that aligns with your corporate objectives, and then let us prepare a proposal just for you.
