This summer, we’re bringing the fun to you! Gather up the family and watch our new kids video series wherever you are and whenever you want.

Cost:
Free

Each episode includes a variety of performers, singing, dancing, teaching, clowning around and more.

Anyone aged 12 and younger will have fun watching, learning and playing along with high‐energy English and French children’s performers. These delightful shows are screen time you can feel good about.

Episode 1

Dance along to the pronoun song and learn Pow Wow steps. Then have fun with hula hooping and colourful balloons. (Duration: 26:45)

Bonus activities

Want to brighten up the sidewalk in your neighbourhood? Or draw a dragonfly on your auntie’s arm? Grab a few simple supplies and have fun creating temporary art with chalk or face paint in these “how‐to” workshops.

Chalk art workshop

Learn how to make chalk art with visual/street artist Pink Panda and then develop your own signature style.

What you’ll need:

  • Sidewalk chalk.
  • An appropriate surface to draw on, such as a sidewalk, chalkboard, posterboard or piece of wood.
  • (If you don’t have chalk, you can use crayons, pencils or markers to draw on paper instead!)

Face and body painting workshop

Your face is your canvas for this workshop! Learn techniques from a pro. Ginny Sudlow demonstrates how to create flowers and dragonflies with face paint.

What you’ll need:

  • Water‐based face and body paint (note: do not use oil or acrylic‐based paints)
  • Paint brushes in various sizes and styles.
