The meeting will provide an update on key accomplishments from the past fiscal year, including progress on the construction of the Museum and the continuing development of content and programming for the Museum's opening. Following the speeches there will be a Q & A.

The public is invited to submit questions for the Q & A portion of the meeting through our Facebook event page or through Twitter by using the hashtag #CMHR2011.

The live stream will be broadcast in a format that is mobile‐device friendly and will be available in both English and French.A high quality video will be made available after the event. It will be available in both official languages and will be fully accessible.

While the CMHR will try to answer all questions submitted online, due to time restrictions we cannot guarantee that all questions will be answered. A document of frequently asked questions will be provided after the event to answer questions not covered during the Annual Public Meeting.
