Intimate gatherings
Surrounded by a glass cloud, our terrace on Level 6 provides a stunning vista of the Prairies skyline. With capacity for up to 80 seats, the pristine ambience is ideal for a contemporary ceremony. Afterwards, guests are invited to a contemplative garden on Level 3 for a beautiful catered reception (seats up to 80).
Cost: $4,000 plus GST
Larger celebrations
Nestled in the atrium on Level 3 is a unique contemplative garden filled with basalt columns, local Tyndall stones, tropical foliage and ample natural light. This tranquil setting seats up to 200 for a ceremony. Designed for larger parties, Bonnie & John Buhler Hall on Level 1 has reception capacity for up to 350 and includes a dance floor and stage.
Cost: $6,000 plus GST
It’s about the details...
Our wedding packages include:
- Three planning meetings and a dress rehearsal;
- Onsite coordination during the ceremony and/or reception;
- A designated Museum rep to accompany couple and photographer as required; and
- Standard furniture and room setup and teardown, day‐of access to private hospitality/change room and event security.
Notes:
- Doors can open for your event as early as 5:30 p.m.
- $1,000 may be deducted for offsite ceremony.
- Audiovisual is not included in any of our spaces. However, your private AV and DJ companies are welcome.
