Banana and mango oatmeal made with oat milk served with brown sugar and sprinkles (vegetarian).
Cinnamon and icing sugar‐dusted French toast with orange supremes and sprinkles.
Three‐egg French omelette with brie and smoked salmon served with a warm butter croissant.
Pillowy Belgian waffle served with maple syrup, whipped cream, blueberry sauce and sprinkles.
Single eggs Benedict poached medium with shaved Montreal smoked meat on toasted English muffin topped with hollandaise sauce, and fire‐roasted smoked paprika.

Special K
Winnipeg’s drag chanteuse Special K was born through Prairie Theatre Exchange’s Drag Performance Class. She is the co‐founder of Bahay Perlas, Winnipeg’s first Filipino Drag House, and is Prairie Theatre Exchange’s artist‐in‐residence. Esla Marquesa
Marquesa is an Imperial Grand Duchess of Manitoba and she likes long walks, sunny days and fried chicken. She’s been doing drag for almost a year, which is longer than her longest relationship. She’s the lead entertainer at Club Happenings and an active member of IICS, the largest and second oldest LGBT non‐profit organization in the world. Follow her on Instagram at @esla_marquesa.
Bambi Rey
Bambi Rey is an Indigenous, two‐spirit drag performer and makeup artist from Treaty One Territory. She has been performing since 2018. She is a member of the Bannock Babes, Winnipeg’s premier #indigidrag collective. Her drag is polished, glamorous, big hair, all about the makeup and sometimes very club kid. Lady Muse
Lady Muse is a drag artist and live singing diva from Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is the drag daughter of local icon Elle Egante and has been performing for over a year and a half. Her performances captivate audiences with her unique song selections, vocal prowess and elegant looks.
