Culinary Night at the Museum in March shines a spotlight on trailblazing women and the fight for equality, weaving their stories into an immersive culinary experience. Each stop combines meaningful storytelling and Museum highlights with a carefully crafted dish, creating a dining experience that both nourishes and inspires. With the option to add signature drinks at each stop, this evening invites you to celebrate resilience, progress and the extraordinary impact of women around the world.

Amuse‐bouche

  • Citrus cured arctic char with pink peppercorn and lemon verbena beetroot chips

  • Lobster salad on endive spears, ginger aioli and fresh chives

  • Mini sweet potato waffle with whipped feta and basil honey

  • Rice paper rolls with edible flowers, mango and crispy taro root

First Course 

  • Golden beet and burrata salad with pomegranate and hazelnut dukkah 

  • Roasted red pepper and basil velouté with coconut cream

Main Course 

  • Herb‐crusted lamb loin with red wine jus and wild mushroom farro 

  • Tender lamb loin coated with rosemary, thyme and pistachio crust 

  • Vegan alternative: Vegan eggplant and tomato parmesan with basil coulis

Dessert

  • Mini dark chocolate and Cabernet tart with hibiscus Chantilly 

  • Mini vegan and matcha verrines with coconut cream and strawberries
