Hosted by legendary broadcaster Peter Mansbridge, the gala will include a message from new Museum CEO Isha Khan. It will highlight the Museum’s efforts to continue growing, and include moving musical performances from stars such as Chantal Kreviazuk and Sierra Noble, and personal testimonies from people across Canada about the importance of human rights, including Her Excellency Ms. Sibongiseni Dlamini‐Mntambo, the South African High Commissioner to Canada.

As Executive Vice President of the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Ms. Dudtschak leads RBC’s regional banking team of more than 20,000 advisors, serving 14 million clients across Canada. In 2019, she revealed her journey to embrace her true self as a woman to family, friends and colleagues. Now, she will be sharing her personal story more broadly for the first time. From being a child of newcomers, to facing learning challenges, to her recent coming out, Katie’s life and leadership experiences show the importance of accepting all dimensions of human uniqueness, visible and invisible, to achieve true inclusion.
