Valentine’s Day Menu

Amuse‐bouche

  • Oyster and rosé granita with raspberry shallot

  • Strawberry and goat cheese crostini with begonias

  • Seared scallops with miso and sake butter

  • Beef tartare with truffle potato chips and aioli

First Course

  • Beetroot arugula salad with whipped feta, pistachios and orange blossom honey vinaigrette

  • Velvety mushroom cappuccino with truffle foam

Main Course

  • Seared duck breast with cherry‐port reduction 

  • Parsnip purée, wilted baby spinach and roasted heirloom carrots
